The publication Patently Apple has published a statistical report that identifies the five most popular models of smartphones in several major markets, including Europe, Asia and the USA.
The three leaders in the U.S. market is the Apple that, in General, very expected. So, first place went to iPhone model XR (13%), second place got the iPhone 7 (5%), and third place was assigned for the iPhone 8 (4%). Next is Samsung with Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus (4%) and the Samsung Galaxy S10 (3%).
As for Europe, here, surprisingly, the leaders of the market are smartphones from Samsung. So the first place in the ranking of the most popular phones in France and Germany took the Samsung A50 (9%). Second place in Germany took the iPhone XR (6%), whereas in France this model occupies the last position. Users from France, obviously, loves new smartphones A-series from Samsung, since it is the A50, A10, A40 and A70 were the winners in the current quarter.
The Japanese market is fully covered smartphones from Apple, taking all five positions. So, first place got iPhone XR (15%), and the last place all of a sudden went to the old man iPhone 6s (5%). In China, the rankings were more varied. Here we can see how the Oppo A9 (7%) became the leader of the market and Huawei Pro Nova 5 (4%) and Vivo X27 (3%). In South Korea, took first place 5G Samsung Galaxy S10 with a whopping 26%.
