New judicial claim against Apple.

American company Fintiv stated that she owns the patent on the technology that Apple uses in the payment service Apple Pay. The plaintiff alleges that the infringement is noticed on all iPhone models and Apple Watch. The company’s lawyers Fintiv require Apple paying the fine, as well as processing of Apple Pay so that it is not used the disputed technology.

According to the lawyers Fintiv, Apple illegally uses technology related to a control method of virtual cards Apple Pay, which is stored on the iPhone and Apple Watch. The plaintiff claims that the patent for this technology was obtained of absorbed them by the company in 2011.

The statement of claim says that the patent is violated in all models iPhone and Apple Watch, which support Apple Pay. Signs of violation of patents provided as the first devices that support the payment system Apple Pay and the latest iPhone models and the Apple Watch, released this year.

At the moment lawyers Fintiv not require a ban of Apple Pay. The company’s lawyers only expect to get compensation from Apple to change some of the principles of Apple Pay. Apple has not commented on the new claims.
