Moscow, July 9 — “Conduct. Economy” co-Founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak advises all to be removed from Facebook for privacy of their data. He has deleted his account last year.
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has deleted his profile on Facebook and said that everyone should experience. He also suggested that corporations allow people to pay extra for the security of personal data instead of secretly transfer them to advertisers.
Steve Wozniak told the website TMZ that advises everyone to abandon Facebook for privacy reasons. He noted that some people are not afraid of losing privacy in exchange for the advantages that gives them using Facebook. “But people, like me, most people my advice is, you need to find a way to get rid of Facebook”.
Wozniak is concerned that large technology companies are invading the privacy of users: “Now they can use the laser to calculate you heart rate, they can listen to you using multiple devices. About Alexa already written a lot of news to Stop is almost impossible.”
“That’s why I’m worried, because we all have conversations that we consider private, that you don’t want someone to listen,” said Wozniak, adding that he was ready to pay a certain amount that its data are confidential and were given to the advertisers.
Co-founder of Apple deleted account on Facebook in March 2018 after the scandal with Cambridge Analytica, through which it became known that the social network sold users ‘ personal information to Analytics companies to influence US elections in 2016 in favor of Donald trump.
