Apple has long been occupied and “inhabit” their new campus. However, the cupertinos are not resting on our laurels. The company actively builds new office jobs throughout the United States, but also third-party leased space. And in some cases the premises are rented not far from existing Apple offices.
According to the resource the Mercury News, cupertinos recently rented in San Jose, California fairly well-known triangular task area of 86 000 square feet (8,000 square meters). Apple has already attracted professionals and start internal work for the repair and regeneration areas.
The building itself is located at the address 5300 Stevens Creek Blvd. This is just a few miles from Apple Park. The cupertinos have previously rented some rooms in this building. The first contract for partial lease was signed in 2012. However, now the company has decided to lease all available space.
The authors of the Mercury News noted that Apple continues to rent the building, located near Apple Park. Typically these are research labs or simple office space for employees.
