New Apple job listing suggests that in the future the company intends to develop its own cellular modem.
In published in early December, the list of vacancies includes two architect cellular modem systems, one of which will work in San Diego, one in Santa Clara. Along with this, San Diego has several open vacancies for engineers by RF.
