Apple puts employees on the most popular password Manager 1Password

Security for Apple are the priority.

Apple is going to conclude a partnership agreement with the company AgileBits, developer popular password Manager 1Password. The essence of the agreement — the transfer of all employees of the company in 1Password. It is reported by BGR, citing its own sources.

This week use 1Password will start the first 100 Apple employees. Within two months they may be joined about 100 thousand employees working in Cupertino and the Apple Store. The agreement between Apple and AgileBits also suggests the possibility of obtaining up to five licenses of 1Password for family members of Apple employees.

The terms of the agreement between Apple and AgileBits codenamed B2 seem to be very serious. First, Apple demanded to reduce the response time of technical support AgileBits to Apple employees up to four hours. Secondly, to translate all the pages for the main international languages. And, thirdly, to allow Apple to use a special version of 1Password, which will not sync using Amazon AWS, but through iCloud.
