Apple recalls some MacBook Pro with Retina display, released in mid-2015. The reason is the increased risk of fire battery. These laptops, as noted, was available from September 2015 to February 2017.
On the official website you can check if your laptop is in the list of potentially vulnerable devices. If so, users can contact an authorized service center, where free will replace the battery.
Possible cause of battery overheating has not yet been specified. Maybe it’s the bad cooling or the errors in the design of the battery. Also note that in June last year, the company launched a program of free replacement keyboards MacBook and MacBook Pro, released in 2015-2017.
It is not excluded that defective batteries issued by the contractor, which is not uncommon from other manufacturers.
