Apple will begin production of new iPhone models X in India by the local unit of Taiwan’s Foxconn group, the largest collector of “Apple” smartphones. This was reported by Reuters.
According to the source, iPhone X, XS, XS and XR Max will be assembled at the plant in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. So far Apple has produced in India only iPhone SE and 6S. Assembly SE was launched in may of 2017, then the American company released the first test batch of smartphones in South Karnataka.
