If you are used to install the latest beta version of iOS, then this warning is for you. Do not upgrade to iOS 12.1 beta 1. The firmware contains a bug that causes calls on iPhone simply cease to walk. Our editors has faced this problem repeatedly on two iPhone SIM cards different operators. Besides, on the official Apple forum there are more reports about the same problem.
On iPhone running iOS 12.1 beta 1 may occasionally miss calls. The bug is triggered randomly, and to predict exactly when a call will not be accepted the next time is impossible. In our version of this bug appeared on two smartphones: the iPhone X and iPhone 7 Plus. In this case, the problem is definitely not with the mobile operator, as on one smartphone Yota, and on the second MTS.
We have carefully studied the official support forum Apple and found that the same problem was faced by other users from different countries. The latter indicates that the issue is not only in the case of the Russian mobile operators.
It is expected that the bug will be fixed in the second beta version of iOS 12.1, which is due out in the coming days.
