Vodafone is ready for the iPhone as well in the United Kingdom

Big news today, Vodafone is also coming in the UK iPhone market later this yeat. So now I guess all American customers of AT&T are waiting to have the same kind of choice as in UK, because AT&T hasn’t been known as being a good mobile operator with the iPhone.

According to the CEO of AT&T: Randall Stephenson, Apple will provide a new iPhone with 3G capabilities… Randall didn’t give any information regarding the price. I guess that at the period of the launch of this new iPhone, we will see a lot of sales of the 1st generation of iPhone inside eBay.

Cingular good news

AT&T and Cingular has announced today that about 1 million people gave their email address to receive information about the launch of the iPhone. I’m not sure that they will all buy an iPhone in June, but for sure, for Apple and AT&T, it’s a good sign of popularity, and a good benchmark for future sales.
