After being the partner of Apple in France, Orange will sell the iPhone later this year in UK.
That’s very good news for customers, who were quite disappointed about the upgrade from iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS for existing customers with O2.
The competition on prices could finally start!!!

I’ve just discovered this nice Blog talking about the french island: Corsica situated in the Mediterranean Sea. The nice thing is you can see it on your iPhone, with redimensioned images while you visit the island. There is an interesting post about the Wifi you can get for free or nearly free with Fon in Corsica here.

Very interesting graph from Admob this month, of course United States are the big market for the iPhone, but the second one is not UK, it’s France!!! The fourth market is Canada, without official provider, we can easily measure the unlocked market of the iPhone, between 20% and 40%.

And here is an interesting pie chart showing that US iPhone users surf on Internet with Edge much more than I thought, around 46%. So it means that the iPhone is a real “mobile” Internet device, even without Wifi available.
