In July 2019 after the trial operation earned a Single personal account — United service settlement centre and JSC “Mosenergosbyt”, and the old mobile app was replaced by a new, more modern and comfortable, called “My Mosenergosbyt”.

A single personal account allows you to add multiple accounts as electricity and utility services, and manage them all from one service, transfer of readings of metering devices and to pay for utility services without a fee, including electricity, services for garbage collection and contributions for capital repairs.

In ELK you can obtain an electronic version of the payment document to find the balance, to view the information about payments, charges and readings. The service allows you to see the statistics of electricity consumption, connect the auto payment, ask the experts, and even to order a replacement of metering devices. It is also possible to attach and send copies of documents to apply and obtain housing documents.

Subscribers who already has an account in the personal Cabinet of Mosoblast can use the new service without re-registration. However, entrance may be required to change the password, as the level of protection of personal data in the new personal Cabinet upgraded. The password must contain at least 8 characters, including numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters of the Latin alphabet, and must not contain symbols.

During the initial registration the user needs to specify the mobile phone number, email address, create a password, specify a name and wait for the confirmation code. After that, you need to connect the account of the service provider, Nosebleeds or “Mosenergosbyt”.

Mobile application “My Mosenergosbyt” as ELCK, allows you to connect multiple service providers and manage multiple accounts from one account. It is available for download for the owners of mobile devices based on operating systems iOS and Android.

The main functionality of the application is similar to the functionality of the personal account, however, has several distinctive features of the mobile service such as quick authorization with Touch ID and pay bills using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
