Ambitious laptop from the ubiquitous Chinese manufacturer.
Huawei has officially unveiled its new 13-inch laptop MateBook. The new slim body design in the style of the MacBook, modern features and extremely interesting technological feature — feature Huawei Share 3.0, which, according to Huawei, allows you to send up to 1,000 photos from your smartphone to a laptop in two seconds.
Huawei MateBook features a 13.3-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 2160×1440 pixels. The screen has minimal frame around the perimeter, due to which it occupies 88% of the surface of the body. The characteristics of the display device claimed full compliance with the sRGB color spectrum and the maximum brightness of 300 CD/m2.
MateBook will be available in three configurations. The base model features an Intel Core i5-826U and the graphics chip UHD620. The average model has a chip Intel Core i5-8560U and NVIDIA MX150. In the maximum configuration MateBook equipped with an Intel Core i7-8565U the eighth generation of NVIDIA GPU and MX150. All models have 8 GB of RAM and flash drive capacity of 256 GB. Also, each version of the laptop provided the fingerprint scanner to unlock.
The maximum thickness of the body MateBook is only 14,9 mm. the weight of the laptop corresponding to only 1.28 kgs. For cooling MateBook will answer a special module of two fans and two heat pipes running proprietary technology Shark Fin Fan 2.0.
In Huawei MateBook embedded NFC chip, thanks to which the laptop supports 3.0 Huawei Share. It will give users the ability to upload photos from a smartphone to a laptop as quickly as possible. In Huawei say that users will be able to dump up to 1,000 photos in just two seconds.
Huawei MateBook will be available in three body colors: gray, silver and pink. The start of sales of the notebook is scheduled for December 2018. Price MateBook currently not announced.
