The iPad was never built-in calculator application. However, Apple apparently decided to correct this misunderstanding.

Insider PineLeaks announced that the new operating system version iOS 13 all compatible model iPad will have a built-in calculator application. This can happen sometime in the fall. There is information that the application will be implemented in the form of the moved window.
