Meizu in China today introduced its new wireless headphones POP2, which must compete with the recent Apple AirPods 2.
Meizu POP2 built on the Bluetooth interface 5.0, which allowed to increase the connection speed by 50%, the stability of 80%, and autonomy — in an impressive 2.3 times (battery life up to 8 hours, while charging from the case 24 hours). Meizu said that POP2 may be the most Autonomous wireless headphones.
Meizu POP2 also received the intelligent noise reduction system, a simplified control system with one button press, protection against water IPX5 standard, and a graphene diaphragm, providing a “clean and natural sound”. Headphone weight is 5.4 grams.
Meizu POP2 is already available in China for a suggested price of $60.
