Netflix is not concerned about the emergence of new streaming services Apple and Disney
Netflix is not afraid of competition with future services Disney+ and Apple TV, according to the report of the company for the 1st quarter of 2019.
The Netflix report indicates that he is happy to compete with Apple and Disney, but doesn’t feel that new services or impact on the performance of Netflix because of the “different nature” of the proposed content.
Netflix believes that all streaming services will continue to grow as the market moves away from traditional cable television. In its quarterly earnings report Netflix also reported revenue in the amount of 4.52 billion, ahead of analyst estimates.
And Apple and Disney are set to launch a new streaming services this fall. Apple did not provide specific details about the launch date or prices, but Disney recently announced that its new service, Disney +, will be released on November 12 and will cost $ 6.99 per month, which is much lower than the cost of a Netflix subscription.
