Today it became known that Apple has received another lawsuit related to violations of intellectual property. According to representatives of the company Parus Holdings, the iPhone maker of illegally using the development associated with the virtual assistant Siri.
In the statement of claim lawyers of Parus Holdings indicated that their patents violate almost all Apple devices. The list includes different models of iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iMac, MacBook, HomePod and even system CarPlay.
Representatives of Parus Holdings claim that all these Apple devices infringe patent number 7076431 issued by the U.S. patent and trademark office. It describes the system for extracting information from pre-selected web sites using voice commands. According to the plaintiff, Apple device with Siri represents exactly such a system.
It should be noted that this is not the first such lawsuit. Last year the company Portal Communications filed for Apple to court on the same issue and also reported that its patents violates almost all Apple devices.
