According to Israeli website The Verifier, iOS 13, which will be presented at Apple WWDC 2019 (4-8 June), will not support a number of iPhone and iPad models.
Update not available for iPhone 5s, iPhone SE iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. All these gadgets are running iOS 12.
As for the iPad, then the Verifier believes that iOS 13 will not be supported by iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad Air, iPad Air 2 and possibly the iPad mini 4. iPod touch sixth generation is listed as a device that will also be incompatible with iOS 13. Thus, iOS 13 will be compatible only with devices in 2016 and later.
It should be noted that this information is not confirmed officially. It is doubtful that “Apple” the manufacturer refuses to support three generations of iPhone.
In addition, The Verifier reports that some iOS 13 will be available only for new iPhone models, thereby encouraging users to change their old gadgets for new ones.
