Qualcomm General counsel don Rosenberg said that Apple continues to violate the patent rights to Qualcomm and the court decision in China confirms this:
“We deeply value our relationship with customers and is rarely used by the courts, but we also believe that the need to protect intellectual property rights. Apple continues to use our intellectual property, refusing to compensate our costs.”
Qualcomm shares after the appearance of this news on Monday, December 10, at the beginning of the trading session on the Nasdaq increased 3%, quotes Apple responded with a decline of 1.9%.
