From 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019, the company’s customers were insured for over 5 million gadgets and most of all for the damages done to their smartphones, were asked by the owners of Samsung devices (26,2%), Apple (20.2 per cent) and Huawei (14.4 per cent).

The top 10 most problematic for insurers devices included gadgets Xiaomi (7.2 per cent), ASUS (6%), ZTE (4,4%), Meizu (3.3 per cent), Nokia (2.9%) and Sony (2.5%) and Prestigio (2.4 percent).

The main cause of problems in 90-95% of cases insurance payments were mechanical damage to the device. Insurers compensate for the loss of gadget due to the illegal actions of third parties and damage smartphones water.
