Samsung has confirmed that at the end of this month will close its last manufacturing plant in China, located in Guangdong province. With the closure of the factory employees will be paid a cash benefit, and will be presented to smartphones and smart watches Samsung.

The closure of factories
Samsung previously owned three factories for the production of mobile phones in China, which located in Shenzhen, Tianjin, and Huizhou in the past. Factories in Shenzhen and Tianjin were closed in 2018.
Factory in Huizhou, located in the Chinese province of Guangdong, was opened in December 1992 and began production in 1993. Because of stiff competition and to reduce costs, the South Korean manufacturer forced to close its last factory in China.
