Beijing, may 7 /Xinhua/ — smartphone Shipments in China dropped 3 percent and amounted to about 88 million units in the first quarter of this year.
However, according to analyst firm Canalys, analyst of the global technology market, Huawei increased its market share by more than 10 percent compared to the same period last year to a record 34 percent, becoming one of the five largest suppliers of smartphones, reported growth.
Huawei, including Honor, put a little less than 30 million smartphones. Followed by Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi and Apple.
