Analyst firm Strategy Analytics has published statistics on the global tablet market during the first quarter of this year. Overall, the market is shrinking, sales of tablet computers are falling in almost all popular manufacturers, except Apple.

The amount of supply of tablets in the period from January to March fell by 5% compared to the previous year. In physical terms for the first quarter were sold to 36.7 million units. Apple boosted its shipments by 9%, thanks to the release of the new iPad in March. Now, the company’s share among the total number of deliveries is 27.1%.

Second place goes to Samsung with 13.1% share. The company experienced a sales decrease of 9%. In the same way as Apple was able to increase the supply of 8% of Huawei. However, the company’s share is only 9.6 percent.

Thus, the steel values were found only in Apple. The company does not have problems with demand for their tablets.
