According to the data obtained from the insider publication MacRumors, Apple is planning to add to their upcoming iPhone 2019 new co-processor R1. Most likely, he and former co-processors M-series will be part of the Apple chip A13.
The main feature of the latest R1 is his ability to work with a large number of different sensors than the motion coprocessor M. This “ability” is essential in those cases when the smartphone is supposed to more accurately determine its location and position in space. Also in 5.1 R1 added Bluetooth, and support data from the camera, including capturing movement of an object and optical tracking.
Recall that the M series chip, in turn, combines the data from the compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, barometer and microphones.
