The time of the murder and questioning the missing Saudi journalist Jamal Casucci accidentally recorded on his Apple Watch, according to Turkish Pro-government newspaper Sabah, citing law enforcement sources.
According to the newspaper, in front of the Consulate Galucci left his bride, the iPhone and turned Apple watch in record mode. As the newspaper notes, the smartphone is “synchronized with the clock Apple Watch, which he had left on hand.”
“As a result, the audio recording of the interrogation, torture and murder of the journalist was transferred to the iPhone, and then automatically uploaded to the Apple iCloud. It is reported that representatives of Saudi intelligence noticed the clock on the hand of a journalist and tried to erase them. On Thursday, the Washington Post reported that the Turkey told US about the availability of audio and video confirming the torture and death of the journalist. According to the source Newspapers, records confirm that after Casucci went to the Consulate on October 2, he was killed and dismembered.
Casucci, who works as a columnist American newspaper the Washington Post and 2017 lives in the USA, went missing in Turkey on 2 October.
