Ex-foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin urged Ukrainians to abandon Apple products, as the company services the Crimea is shown as Russian territory. About this he wrote on Twitter.
“A little, as they say, to abandon Apple if they Crimea is ready to accept Russian? And say, well them, these opportunists… go to another, and this brand is no longer recognize. They had no jobs). A brand can’t be number one, bye!” — wrote the ex-Minister.
Internet users mocking the proposal Klimkin.

As reported by “the Rambler”, previously, Apple has corrected the data of the territorial jurisdiction of the Crimea in all its services, including in application “Weather”. Now Sevastopol, Simferopol and Yalta where indicated as the territory of the Russian Federation. They took these cities in Ukraine, because of this, the state Duma appealed to the representatives of Apple.
Before that, another American company — Google — reported bug where some users saw the Crimea as Ukrainian territory. Now, when the visits of Russian Crimea on Google maps is displayed as part of the Russian Federation and in other countries — as a disputed territory.
