Co-founder of mobile messenger service WhatsApp’s Brian Acton held a lecture at Stanford University in California. During the lecture he said that companies like Google, Twitter, Facebook and Apple decide for the user what content or applications are good and which are bad. Users give the services of these companies too much freedom. In this regard, Acton recommended users to get rid of account on Facebook.

Acton also added that Facebook makes its users ‘ personal data.

“And we give them power. It’s bad. We buy their products. We subscribe to these sites. It is better to remove Facebook, right?” said sonowal WhatsApp.
