BlackBerry recently back on the market with the support of the Chinese TCL, has rolled out a new flagship, the BlackBerry Key2. We might be ugly smart phones the size of bricks and tablets on desktop OSes for which no optimized programs. We could go without high-resolution screens or centralized, streamlined electronic stores for apps or content. Could not start Netflix or Spotify.
But it turned out relatively well — and now an ordinary user can use more innovation and high-quality art than ever. It only remains to remember that the end is not yet: that looks weird or suspicious, may well shoot in the future. Touch Bar? Face ID? Subscription? The lack of ports? There are arguments for and against, the important thing is not to be too categorical.
