What smartphones are the Russians? Mobile operator Yota decided to answer this question and collected the usage statistics of different models of smartphones for its subscribers. The sample turned out really great, and so reliable. It turned out that the most popular smartphones in Russia remains the “old” iPhone 5s.
iPhone 5s and did not think to take positions
In the fall of 2018 the iPhone 5s was five years old. Despite the venerable age, the smartphone is still the most popular in Russia. According to Yota, it is used by 23% of users. the iPhone 5s holds the lead in Russia for three years.
The other most popular smartphones are the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 7. But the more expensive smart phones the problem. The share of last year’s iPhone X to account for less than 3% of users. As for the new iPhone XS and XS Max iPhone, they are almost not seen.
